3D warp knitted fabrics are much stronger than other textile fabrications and this eco-friendly production technique also allows us to deliver a significant reduction in waste.

Naturally warm

Wool is an active fiber that insulates heat through tiny air pockets in the yarn, helping to keep you warm but not hot or sweaty. When your body temperature rises, the wool fibers in our Cloudlight™ fabric wick moisture away from your skin and move it to the surface of the garment where it can evaporate, helping you stay feeling comfortable and dry. Merino wool comes from the oldest breed of sheep recorded in history, originating from Spain. It is five times thinner than human hair and as thin as cashmere and contains naturally occurring lanolin and keratin which are both antimicrobial and help prevent odor build up over time.

Super-Fine
Merino Wool

1/4
Five times thinner than an human hair and as thin as cashmere, Merino wool is a naturally high-performance material. Merino is the oldest breed of sheep recorded in history, originating in Spain, and Merino wool is still considered the best – better even than non-natural fibres. In particular, it contains lanolin and keratin, both antimicrobial, which help to prevent odour build up over time.

Keeps you warm during winter…

Experience the remarkable comfort of the world’s first thread to be made from 50% Australian
extra-fine Merino wool blended with 50% recycled coffee grounds to create our virtually weightless
and 100% breathable knitwear. Perfect for luxury and stylish winter warmth.

… and cool in summer

The Merino wool has an active fibre that retains heat in winter, but as soon as temperatures rise,
this revolutionary wool & coffee blend fibre will wick sweat away from your skin direct to the
surface of the knitwear where it evaporates to keep you dry. Perfect for cool summer fashion.

Extra-Fine, Super-Fine, Ultra-Fine

Fibers are only wool if they come from sheep. So cashmere, alpaca, and mohair (which come from goats and alpacas) are actually hair, not wool, and can be coarser and itchier. Some wool fibers can be 25 microns in diameter or more, but we use only the very best merino wool fibers: extra-fine merino which is less than 19.5 microns, super-fine which is less than 18.5 microns, and ultra-fine which is less than 15 microns.

Recycled Coffee
Grounds

4/4

Think of the coffee grounds you produce at home after a few days of brewing; now, think of the coffee grounds your local coffee shop might produce in a week; finally, think about how much waste a large, international coffee chain might produce over the course of a month or year. It’s a lot. In fact, global coffee production is responsible for upwards of 23 million tons of waste per year. Our superfines collection is made from 50% recycled coffee grounds—surprising to some, innovation to us. We don’t see waste, we see an opportunity for a new resource.
